NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

ELIGIBILITY:  The DALYA x Her First $100K Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. All national, federal, state, and local regulations apply. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and Victori Media LLC and Her First 100K’s (“HFK”) Privacy Policy found at https://herfirst100k.com/privacy-policy.   Employees of HFK and DALYA NYC LLC (the “Sponsors”), as well as employees of each Sponsors parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. 

ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 A.M. PST on June 9, 2023 and ends at 5:00 P.M. PST on June 16, 2023 (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.

Limit one hundred (100) entries per person, and you may only enter under one Instagram account.  Use of robotic entry devices is prohibited. Duplicate and fraudulent entries will be disqualified at the Sponsors sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Unless otherwise stated, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media or other third-party platform (e.g. Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).

WINNER SELECTION / PRIZES: On or about four days following the Entry Period 1 potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries submitted to receive a Tori Blazer suit jacket (Approximate Retail Value $395) and a copy of the Financial Feminist book by Tori Dunlap (Approximate Retail Value  $17.99) (“Prize Package”). The winner will receive their choice of color and size Tori Blazer based on stock that Dalya has available at time of redemption 

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsors or their agent, whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. 

No transfer or cash or other substitution of all or part of a Prize is permitted, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or Prize component with another prize of comparable or greater value. Any and all taxes on the Prize will be the responsibility of the winners. Sponsors will not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the Prize, and/or loss of any Prize in connection with delivery of the Prize.  

Potential winner(s) (pending confirmation of eligibility) may be notified immediately at live events, or via email at the email address provided during entry to an online Sweepstakes.  Winner must respond within ten (10) days of receiving the email notification.  Winners, or their parent / guardian if selected winner has not reached the age of majority in their State of residence, may be required to execute and return a prize claim form, including their social security number, and may receive a 1099 tax form from Sponsor. If there is a dispute regarding the winner’s identity, it will be awarded to the natural person assigned to the phone number, email address or social media site associated with the submitted entry. If the selected winner does not respond in time, or is otherwise found ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all remaining entries received.  Prizes may be awarded instantly, or send to the winner via UPS (with an expected delivery date 3-4 weeks after necessary information is provided— winner’s shipping and size info) to the address provided by the winners with their entry or prize claim form.

RELEASES: By accepting a Prize, each winner grants Sponsors a perpetual, worldwide royalty-free license for use of their entry materials, name, hometown, and photography or likeness for legal, publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsors with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).  

DISCLAIMERS:  By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that the Sponsors and their respective parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective employees, officers, and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by you for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to you or your property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the Prizes, or your participation in this Sweepstakes. All Prizes are awarded “as-is” and Sponsors make no warranties in connection with the Prizes.

Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; or Prizes that are lost in delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsors will have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and to disqualify entrants if an entra
nt does not meet the Sweepstakes’ eligibility requirements. 

Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the state of Washington, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington. jurisdiction over all such disputes.
