ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. All national, federal, state, and local regulations apply. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and HFK’s Privacy Policy found at https://herfirst100k.com/privacy-policy. Employees of HFK and Dell (the “Sponsors”), as well as employees of each Sponsor’s parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on November 17, 2022 at 12:00pm PST (“Start Date”) and ends on November 20, 2022 11:59pm PST (“End Date”).

ENTRY DETAILS: The information you submit with your entry will be used to create your user profile / account on the Dell Womens Entrepreneur Network Community Website and help you connect with the right people, improve your user experience and inform you about the Dell Womens Entrepreneur Network events and updates. You can unsubscribe at anytime. The data you’ve provided to us will be processed by Dell Technologies and its group of companies in accordance with Dell’s Privacy Statement. By completing your registration, you have read the Privacy Statement, understood your rights and how Dell uses and protects your data. By clicking “Enter”, you agree to the Terms of Use and the Community Terms.
PRIZES:
Two (2) winners will be chosen in a random drawing on or about November 22, 2022 from all entries that meet the Eligibility requirements above to receive a Dell Latitude 3520 Laptop (“Prize”).
No transfer or cash or other substitution of all or part of a Prize is permitted, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or Prize component with another prize of comparable or greater value. Any and all taxes on the Prize will be the responsibility of the winners. Sponsors will not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the Prize, and/or loss of any Prize in connection with delivery of the Prize.
Winners will be notified via email at the email address provided during entry to the Sweepstakes and must respond to the email notification within ten (10) days of receiving the email notification. All prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winners with their entry. Shipping timeline will be shared with the winner per request by emailing Contact@HerFirst100k.com.
RELEASES: By accepting a Prize, each winner consents to the use of their name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsors with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).
DISCLAIMERS: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that the Sponsors and their respective parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective employees, officers and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by you for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to you or your property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the Prizes, or your participation in this Sweepstakes. All Prizes are awarded “as-is” and Sponsors make no warranties in connection with the Prizes.
Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; or Prizes that are lost in delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor will have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and to disqualify entrants if an entrant does not meet the Sweepstakes’ eligibility requirements.
Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the state of Washington, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington. jurisdiction over all such disputes.
