FINANCIAL FEMINIST BOOK SWEEPSTAKES 

OFFICIAL RULES 


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

ELIGIBILITY:  The Financial Feminist Book Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. All national, federal, state, and local regulations apply. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and Victori Media LLC and Her First 100K’s (“HFK”) Privacy Policy found at https://herfirst100k.com/privacy-policy.   Employees of HFK are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. 

ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 P.M. on July 31, 2023, and ends at 11:59 P.M. on August 5, 2023 (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.

Limit one hundred (100) entries per person per Facebook account. Use of robotic entry devices is prohibited. Duplicate and fraudulent entries will be disqualified at the HFKs sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Unless otherwise stated, this Sweepstakes is not HFKed, endorsed or administered by any social media or other third-party platform (e.g. Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).

WINNER SELECTION / PRIZES: On or about seven days following the Entry Period three (3) potential winner(s) will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries submitted to receive a Financial Feminist Book (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value each, $15. 

The drawing will be conducted by HFK or their agent, whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. 

No transfer or cash or other substitution of all or part of a Prize is permitted, except by HFKs, who reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or Prize component with another prize of comparable or greater value. Any and all taxes on the Prize will be the responsibility of the winners. HFKs will not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the Prize, and/or loss of any Prize in connection with delivery of the Prize.  

Potential winner(s) (pending confirmation of eligibility) may be notified immediately via Facebook messenger or via email at the email address provided during communications on socials.  Winner must respond within ten (10) days of being contacted by Her First $100K.  Winners, or their parent / guardian if selected winner has not reached the age of majority in their State of residence, may be required to execute and return a prize claim form, including their social security number, and may receive a 1099 tax form from HFK. If there is a dispute regarding the winner’s identity, it will be awarded to the natural person assigned to the phone number, email address or social media site associated with the submitted entry. If the selected winner does not respond in time, or is otherwise found ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all remaining entries received.  Prizes will be sent out to the address provided by the winners via Facebook messenger or email by August 20, 2023. 

RELEASES: By accepting a Prize, each winner grants HFK a perpetual, worldwide royalty-free license for use of their entry materials, name, hometown, and photography or likeness for legal, publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of HFK(s) with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).  

DISCLAIMERS:  By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that the HFK(s)  and  their respective parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective employees, officers and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by you for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to you or your property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the Prizes, or your participation in this Sweepstakes. All Prizes are awarded “as-is” and HFKs make no warranties in connection with the Prizes.

HFK is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; or Prizes that are lost in delivery. All entries become the property of HFK(s) and will not be returned. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, HFK(s) will have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and to disqualify entrants if an entrant does not meet the Sweepstakes’ eligibility requirements. 

Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the state of Washington, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington. jurisdiction over all such disputes.
