Megaphone Statement

When it comes to confidence, we’ve been told to focus on the wrong things, for the wrong reasons, and at the wrong time—

and then blamed ourselves when none of it has helped.

(which, ironically, lowers our self-esteem even further, damning us to the “why am I like this?!” downward spiral we’re all so familiar with.)

Imposter syndrome CAN be outgrown.

You CAN learn to trust your ideas, take rewarding chances, and ~VIBE OUT~ with who you’ve become— and you don’t need rescuing from “low self-esteem” to do any of those things.
